Guidance Notes:

1. "Secondary School Profiles (SSP) 2024/2025" has been launched on 5 December 2024. Schools could login the e-form and update the school information where necessary. Please note that once this version of SSP website is launched, all updates will be published for the general public with relevant up-to-date School Profile PDF file.
2. All information is provided and verified by schools according to their situation in September 2024. The data provided by schools in the online versions of the School Profiles to be published in the Committee on Home-School Co-operation (CHSC) website in late 2024 would be opened up for free use in machine-readable format.
3. All fields should be filled in.
4. Please fill in the number of approved classes as at September 2024 after the headcount exercise.
5. The CHSC reserves the right to edit the submitted information, if required.
6. Points to note for filling information in the School Characteristics column:
   • Schools can adjust the number of words in different fields. The maximum number of lines on the third page is 79 and that on the fourth page is 81.
   • Schools should not provide value-added information.
   • Schools should not distribute or publicise any information related to allocation bands of students.

7. Points to note for uploading school photos:
   • One photo of the school logo, one photo of the school building and two photos of students' school life could be uploaded.
   • All photos should be in JPEG (*.jpg) format. The size limit for each photo is 1MB.
   • All photos would be shown in the online version only.
8. If school fees have been approved by the Education Bureau before publishing, the CHSC would update the adjustment.
